2007 is the most year Apple want it, like launch Leopard, new iPod model, MacBook with dedicated VGA(maybe)

And of course iPhone.

Why is Sun suddenly rising up from behind Apple?

I'll bet a bottle of something, that tomorrow, there will be a new image... :)

I guess I'm the only one who does not think this is a teaser. It's just a New Year banner. Every company is gonna say that (insert year here) is going to be their best year ever. You guys (and all the other rumor sites) read WAY too much into things!

I've been reading that they are trying to get away from the current product design of white/brushed metal. So do you all think that the MacBook.Black was just a beta test for them, and now the future computers they come out with will be pure black instead of pure white? I took the dark, black apple in the image as something along those lines.

Also, remember that Apple does these things in purpose always with hidden meanings behind them. They are a perfect hype machine, as someone stated earlier. So feel free to keep on speculating because they by no means wanted to just say "We are going to be really good at what we do this year" with that image. No way. There's product design, UI design, new products, etc etc etc meanings in the image... because that's what they've done in the past.

Oh, and in the spirit of dangerous things, Apple will make the transition from dangerous cats to dangerous people. I just can't wait for OS 11.1 Hitler, but I'll probably wait and buy OS 11.2 Hannibal Lecter, I heard it will come with a customizable skin editor. Brushed metal be gone!

OS XI! It will be called OS II (like 11), then renamed OS 2 and we'll start from there.

Leopard is coming!
