Apple has launched its official online store in Saudi Arabia, allowing customers to buy products directly from the company. This marks an important step in Apple’s global retail expansion.
The announcement follows plans shared by Apple CEO Tim Cook in December 2024. Today, customers in the Kingdom can order iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watch, and accessories through Apple’s website.

Direct Sales for Better Service
Until now, Saudi customers depended on Apple Authorized Resellers for devices and accessories. Despite this, iPhones already held a dominant position, accounting for nearly half of the local smartphone market.
With the online store, Apple offers direct sales, official warranties, and access to exclusive services. Analysts say this move strengthens Apple’s presence in a rapidly growing market. “Apple is finally closing the gap in its presence within Saudi Arabia,” one expert said.
Flagship Stores Coming Soon
The online launch is only the beginning. Apple plans to open several flagship stores in the region by 2026, including an “iconic” location in Diriyah, a cultural hub in Riyadh.
This expansion aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy to boost digital adoption and diversify its economy. Apple’s direct entry into the Kingdom signals strong confidence in the region’s potential for premium technology sales.
For now, customers in Saudi Arabia can enjoy direct access to Apple’s latest devices, software, and customer support for the first time.
