Apple TV+ has released the first full trailer for Pluribus, the highly anticipated series from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul creator Vince Gilligan. The show, starring Rhea Seehorn, will premiere on November 7, 2025, and marks Gilligan’s return to television storytelling with a mysterious new twist.

Originally ordered as a two-season straight-to-series project in 2022, Pluribus takes viewers to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where a global virus has changed life as humanity knows it. The story follows Carol, an author who discovers she is the only person immune to the virus—and that the government’s offer to “help” her may not be what it seems.

A Chilling Glimpse into a Paranoid World

The new trailer gives audiences their first detailed look at Carol’s world—bleak, tense, and filled with unease. Viewers see her grapple with the loneliness of immunity as she becomes both a scientific marvel and a target of state control.

Apple TV+ has also used a creative marketing twist to immerse fans in the experience. A teaser titled “Sorry About the Blood” flashes a real phone number onscreen. When dialed, the number plays a message from Carol herself: “Hi, Carol. We’re so glad you called. We can’t wait for you to join us. Dial ‘0’ and we’ll get back to you via text.” Responding to the prompt connects users to a text thread offering updates about the show.

Vince Gilligan Returns to Form

For Gilligan fans, Pluribus promises the trademark depth and suspense of his past hits but with a science-fiction edge. With Seehorn taking the lead, the series continues their acclaimed collaboration following Better Call Saul.

Apple TV+ continues to expand its reputation for cinematic television, and Pluribus looks set to be another major entry in its growing portfolio of high-quality originals.
