Square has introduced Apple Business integration, giving sellers a simpler way to manage how their businesses appear across Apple services. The new connection brings key Apple Business controls directly into the Square Dashboard.
As a result, merchants can update important details without managing the same information separately through Apple Business. Square can sync changes to Apple Maps, Wallet, Siri AI, and other Apple apps.

Square Simplifies Apple Business Management
Businesses often need accurate information across several digital platforms. However, keeping addresses, opening hours, and phone numbers updated can take extra time.
The new integration aims to reduce that work. Sellers can make changes through Square and share those updates across supported Apple services.
Moreover, merchants can manage their logos and business details for Apple Maps place cards. They can also add useful action links for customers. For example, those links may allow people to view menus, order food, schedule appointments, or make bookings.
Therefore, customers may find more consistent information when they search for participating businesses through Apple products.
Enrollment Available Through Square
Square has also made the setup process easier for some merchants. In the United States and Canada, eligible sellers can enroll in Apple Business through Square Dashboard if they lack an account.
Meanwhile, the broader integration reaches several major markets. Square says eligible businesses with physical locations can use the feature in eight countries.
Those markets include Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, Japan, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Apple Expands Its Business Platform
The Square partnership follows a wider change to Apple’s enterprise services. In 2026, Apple combined its business tools into one platform called Apple Business.
The platform covers device management, employee services, and tools that control business information across Apple services.
For Square sellers, the integration creates a more direct link between daily business management and their presence across Apple’s ecosystem. Consequently, merchants can spend less time repeating basic updates across separate platforms.
