King Charles, Tim Cook and Elton John joined young creatives in London to celebrate the launch of Apple x King’s Trust Creative Labs.
The event took place at Apple Music Hall inside Battersea Power Station on October 7, 2026. Moreover, the gathering highlighted a new effort to help young people explore careers in creative industries.

Through the program, participants can learn directly from Apple experts. Additionally, they can access technology, guidance and mentorship to develop useful professional skills.
The initiative focuses on helping young people discover their talents and explore possible career paths.
Alisha Johnson Wilder, Apple’s senior director of Global Community Impact, emphasized education’s role in creating opportunities.
She explained that Creative Labs would connect young creators with industry professionals and resources. As a result, participants could gain greater confidence and prepare for future employment.
King Charles and Elton John Meet Young Creatives
During the launch, King Charles joined Tim Cook and Elton John to meet participants at Battersea Power Station.
The group also attended a sound check by singer Skye Newman ahead of her live performance at Apple Music Hall.
Meanwhile, Prophet Guillory, Apple Music’s head of artist services, tools and community, welcomed the visitors.
According to the report, King Charles praised Guillory’s work during the visit.
The event also highlighted Apple’s growing presence at Battersea Power Station, which houses both an Apple Store and Apple Music Hall.
