A Cure for the iTunes 4.8 Error 400 Blues

iTunes Music StoreApple has posted a new document on the 400 error that some iTunes 4.8 users have been experiencing when trying to access the iTunes Music Store. They not only acknowledge the error, but provide a nice solution. It would appear that there are a few unneeded or corrupt cookies in iTunes that are causing the error. Follow the instructions for removing them and you'll be right as rain.

Incredibly grateful for this - I couldn't find that page in Apple's Support website, despite searching for pretty much every combination of the words "iTunes music store error 400" that I could think of.

the problem i am having now is that when i click a link to the iTMS (for example, a link on apple.com to today's top downloaded songs), nothing happens. Safari does its thing (loads the phobos address and then takes me back to the previous page), but itunes doesn't open/take me to the store. It does work with other browsers, however. Anyone know a solution? should i try deleting cookies for apple.com?
