The iPhone saga continues
The on-again, off-again saga of the Apple/Motorola collaborative cell phone received another chapter today as the UK based All Headline News reports that the two companies are about to reveal their partnership.According to the article, the announcement may come at the V Music Festival in Staffordshire -- one of the largest in the UK, which takes place on August 20th. The V Music Festival is sponsored in part by Virgin. Does this mean that Virgin will be a part of the deal in the UK with Cingular filling the roll in the US? That's only one of the many questions circling this ever-changing story.

This looks like the Motorola "E398B" that iSync 2.1 added support for in yesterday's update. Essentially, the E398B is the E398, but with four buttons. Check it out here: http://www.macncell.com/index_html/archive/2005/07/12/new-isync-adds-motorola-e398b

Doesn't look very Apple-like does it...
I was hoping for something with a tadge bit of style and something different from your average run of the mill phone...

Virgin is the least used phone company in the UK. Apple/Moto will use Vodafone + T-Mobile, because as far as I know, Motorola uses both networks for their style phones.
