Holding the Command key (aka the Apple key) and pressing Tab will cycle through your open applications. It's easier to Cmd-Tab if you are Copy (Cmd-C) and Pasting (Cmd-V) to and from various applications.

For those concerned about this move, I switched to Vienna shortly after you guys posted about it (thanks!). So far I've had no problems with it. It delivers a very similar experience (no podcasts, but who doesn't use iTunes for that), has a few features that I like a lot, and is free.
