Pimp My Ride, Mac Mini Edition

pimped escalade mac mini
What's hotter than a pimped out Escalade? A pimped out Escalade with a Mac Mini powered digital turntable station and a 30 inch monitor in the trunk. (You can see the Mac Mini to the right of the monitor in the image above).

Three amps, two soundcards and a Mac Mini later, this Escalade is one sweet audio mixing machine. The LCD monitor isn't one of the 30 inch Cinema Displays, but we'll still forgive them for using a BenQ. For mixing they've decided on a Hercules DJ Console coupled with NI's TRAKTOR DJ Studio 2.5. Do you dig the pearl white shiny finish as much as we do? Mix on with your bad self.

The complete name of the car is the "Cadillac Escalade EXT". They are all "Escalades" in that family. The regular "Escalade", the longer "Escalade ESV", and the pickup "Escalade EXT". They even say that on the car. Its EXT, yes, but the full name is "Escalade EXT".

Actually, that's a Cadillac EXT. The Escalade is an SUV; the EXT is a 4-door pickup.

Wouldn't the subwoofer vibrations wreak havoc on the Mini's drives?

Nothing to forgive, the Mini can't drive a 30" Cinema display anyway.
