Tip of the Day
Holding the Command key (aka the Apple key) and pressing Tab will cycle through your open applications. It's easier to Cmd-Tab if you are Copy (Cmd-C) and Pasting (Cmd-V) to and from various applications.

Whatever this is sooooo stupid. Microsoft sells to the business community and rapes (monopoly and all). Apple screwed up royally on the business side. Well Steve moved the company away from business. When steve took over (second time) the comapny had 9 % of the market and then those ugly clamshelled things came out (making business men and women run towards IBM and any other clone). Anyways Apple needs a black laptop or desktop to compete in business. It sounds stupid but they do...

This is by far the best thing TUAW has posted in a few weeks. I never really paid much attention to packaging of software and hardware before I switched. This definately communicates the difference between Apple and Microsoft, or should I say simplicity and brain surgery.
Kudos, TUAW for posting this video, and a big thank you to the creator.

Sorry Nick (#9), it's not the color of your computer that counts, it's what's inside that counts. Twenty years with Microsoft, MS-DOS 2.0 > Windows XP, before that CPM, COBOL, FORTRAN. When Apple announced their switch to a UNIX environment I bailed MS & embraced an adult operating environment. Kids graduating with computer engineering degrees today know UNIX & will push UNIX wherever they work.

I use both pc and mac... i have never seen a microsoft box...except for the not bad looking mac office stuff. Whatever microsoft doesnt need a nice box because its a standard for everything with that macarroni code from 1986. Did people forget what the xbox looked like (the packaging looked nicer). They can't make beautiful designs for their products why bother making a pleasant box.

Those kids don't have aenough money to buy a mac...
And are usually insanely cheap when it comes to technology (going for the most power to $). Thats why amd survived the 90s....

errr Nick Z. Unix is not just expensive like a mac with OS X.... the poor college kids can install a distro of linux or FreeBSD on their current windows machines for free.
