First MacBook take-apart
One of may favorite aspects of the Mac Web is the race to be the first person to take apart a brand-spanking new piece of equipment. Kodawarisan has broken down this white MacBook, and put up the photos to prove it. You can clearly see how accessible the hard drive is, as we mentioned in an earlier post. Thanks for the gallery, Kodawarisan! Now get that thing back together.
Thanks to everyone who pointed this out to us.

that's a beautifully designed interior. as much as i hate to say it, it's much nicer than the innards of the MBP (I took mine apart last week to reapply thermal paste)

It looks like the processor is soldered on the mainboard, i don't see any socket, so it isn't replaceable.
As for the termal grease, the Macbook's greasemonkey's are a lot more professional than the Macbook Pro grease-appliers!
