iView bumped to 3.1.3

The "Batman's utility belt" of image catalog tools, iView Media Pro, has been patched to version 3.1.3 -- mostly bug fixes for the app that fills a cross-platform niche underneath heavy DAM hitters like Cumulus. This might very well be the last update to iView's flagship product (one of my longtime favorites) before it gets rebranded as Expression Media by the big MS, so grab it while it's hot.

The name of the program is actually "iView MediaPro" and has been for at least 3 years, and yes, it is an excellent program.

(And a shame it had to fall to Microsoft's grasp. Hopefully they won't "Office 98" it.)
