Insanely Great Tees Announces iPhone Ad Contest

As hinted at in David's post last week, Insanely Great Tees is holding a contest for which the grand prize is a shiny new iPhone. The details of the contest, released today, lay out a process by which entrants submit a funny 30-second iPhone ad which includes the phrase "I'm an iPhone." Readers can the vote on the entries and eventually choose a winner, who will be given a $500 gift card to the Apple Store in-leiu of the actual device, which obviously isn't out yet. The deadline for entry is 11:59PM on May 7th, so all you amateur directors and actors better get cracking. Good luck, and break a leg! (Better than breaking an iPhone, eh?)

"In lieu" is spelt with the i before the e. There is no need for a hyphen.

Hey, iLounge also have a funny contest which the grand prize is 1 of 4 iPhones. http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/sitenews/comments/ipod-fashion-contest-win-1-of-4-iphones-or-100-in-itunes-cash/
Surely, we'll see more and more iPhone prized contests; they'll spread like mushrooms!
One question: does that mean the winner have to take (and pay by himself) a Cingular (AT&T) plan??

"Spelt" means 'spelled' for the non-Brits in the audience. Here, across the pond as they say, spelt is something you eat.
"Good luck, and break a leg" is redundant. Saying "break a leg" is a theater tradition, where it was considered bad luck to wish an actor good luck before a show.
