Project Calculator

People seem to enjoy tracking the time they spend on various projects, so it's no surprise that a plethora of project-tracking apps are cropping up. We've mentioned dozens in the past, including iRatchet, iBiz, Billable and even On the Job, but now users have a new choice on the 'simple and streamlined' end of the spectrum with Project Calculator from blue banana software. Project Calculator features many of the fundamentals one would need for recording the time spent on projects, such as tracking multiple projects, manually editing projects and the time spent on them, exporting to various formats (CSV, PDF, HTML, etc.) for sharing with clients, wages/cost calculation, searching, filters and much more.

A demo is available, while a licenses costs a mere $14.90.

I'm very pleased with Billings from Marketcircle.
It has easy play/pause and a good setup for multiple clients and functions.

Hope it fits your bill.

I think what you're looking for is TrackTime:

as a freelancer, i need to keep track of all my jobs... and i've NEVER been able to find a good simple tracking app. my biggest complaint is the "Play/Pause" function on these job timers.

Project Calculator (based on the screen shots) seems like no exception.

if i'm billing for time... i want an app to simply switch accounts. there's is never a time when i'm working on more than one account at once. so the need to PAUSE one timer, and START another seems like a GTD disaster.

anyone agree?

is there any app that will track the documents i have open? then i work freely, but at the end of the week/month, i can go through a log and markup the hours?
