Found Footage: Possible video taken by iPhone?

and, the iPhone does not shoot videos. too bad.

Fake or real, there is no denying the new iPhone tab on Apple's web site today. Almost missed it. Time's getting close and genuine won't be an issue. I'm getting mine. :)

As someone who has made two fakes (One widescreen iPod, and one iChat Mobile), one of which was featured on this site, I will say that it is 100% fake. A good attempt, but still a fake.

With the abundance of camera phones out there now, it would have made more sense for the guy to pull out his own camera phone, and shoot a video of the iPhone that way. In order for a fake to be convincing, the faker has to try to outthink everyone else, using the "iPhone" to record the video and then using an iSight to "prove" that it was real, just shows how little thought he put into it. It just doesn't make sense.

We don't care what the video looks like, we care about the phone...so, to all fakers out there: make a fake featuring the phone, not taken by the phone.

That is the dumbest, most convoluted "iPhone leak" video I could ever image. You need to try much harder, kids.

The concept is so stupid it makes my teeth hurt.

Fake... running a video in quiktime. And at he beginning you can see that young mans dirty filthy hair.
