Apple is airing yet another fantastic iPhone ad. It hasn't made it to the iPhone TV ad website yet, but an enterprising person has posted it to YouTube. This ad focuses on the web browsing functionality of the iPhone. This is a full version of Safari, and it takes you to the real internet, not a slimmed down mobilized version.

Update: Apple has posted the ad in full QuickTime glory. Check it out. And it would seem that the YouTube version was uploaded by a plucky MacRumors reader. Good job!

I saw an iPhone ad while watching a Friends re-run on TBS the other day. Not quite the same target audience as CNN, etc.

I've seen them watching a comedy special on Bravo, Chappelle's Show reruns, and the Daily Show/Colbert Report, as well as CNN, 60 minutes, etc.

Has anyone noticed that on apple's website, the ads have been edited? The Requires Minimum 2 Year thingee seems to have been removed from those ads for some reason...

This ad was made on October 02, 2006. I'm guessing. Take a look at the Article close up. It's "Pressure Grows for G.O.P. Over Foley Scandal" now I couldnt find it on NY Times, but i found it on another site.

Yeah, thank you for reiterating what I said. The poster before me asked who the target audience was, based on ads running on CNN. I was basically saying that target audience is "everybody" based on the variety of networks and shows they're advertising on. Hope your eyes don't roll out of your head...
