This video encoding is nearly impossible to watch. It's tripping over itself as it plays and motion and audio is juddering. Well annoying. The only way to fix it is to play/pause, it might correct it for a few seconds before it begins tripping over again.

I'm a big LANrev fan. The 4.5 version will be one to watch.

Joe, I'm seeing that too, but there's nothing on our end to fix-- it's an issue with Flash and the preloading time. Generally you just pause for a bit and let it load ahead.
However, Blip.tv also lets you watch the original .mov file, so there's that as an alternative.

Wow, that's kindof unwatchavble for the production quality for me. TUAW is big time now, do you want to hire me to come along and soot this video content for you at events? Things like micing BOTH people, and running mic cables under collars and down the back of the sweater, and not setting up in front of a mirror, and getting software demos captured directly to disc, so people can see what's going on, and editing out log pauses, and.... my email is alex@venogram.com this is what I do for a living, I'll do it for you too.
