Video: Inside Delicious Generation
Here's a distillation of demos seen at Delicious Generation. This time we're trying something a little different and using Viddler, a service that will reportedly allow you to interactively bash the quality of the video as it plays (no need to mention the interlacing, we see it). Oh, you can leave constructive, useful comments inline as well. So if you're a developer and you'd like to explain what we're seeing, that's good, because the mic at the party wasn't really getting audio past the crowd noise.

Too many zooms and pans -- unwatchable to me, really.

I hate that I have to make this post... but I really have to, to get some attention.
Cha-Ching is also demoed in this video... it's been out for many months now. And it STILL doesn't work.
Support? None. The forum has been erased two or three times now. Actually, their latest forum has been empty for weeks, just because nobody even bothers to register, it'd be erased anyways.

Ahh, I've been wondering what they were going to show off. Nothing that looks as cool as Delicious Library, in my opinion - but still looking nice. Shame it's not a direct feed, was indeed hard to follow

I appreciate the video but the zooming and panning made me nauseous, I know there's no good way to get the detail *and* the big picture but man... I feel queasy

The buffering keeps cutting out on Paris' ugly mug, every browser, every machine, no matter what. ARGH.

Sorry, I am a little slow...What does the player do? Make it progressive scan able? Can something do that?

Ah, thanks. Pixelmator. Someone might want to fix the tag in the video.
I *knew* I'd seen it recently, but I'd forgotten to bookmark the website, evidently...

What is that To Do widget shown at the begining? That looks pretty swank. It may be an app that was being shown at the demo. Anyone know?

Hey, does anyone know the name of the first song playing? I searched for those credited at the end but not having much luck.

It would have been nice if someone had actually watched the Delicious Monster part and could tell us what exactly the improvements are, since they couldn't be bothered to update their blog in the last six months... the rest, I gave up trying to make sense of.
