Pacific Catch offers iPhone Calamari special

If life deals you lemons, make lemonade. If life deals you an iPhone commercial, make calamari. The Pacific Catch restaurant is celebrating the recent Apple iPhone commercial by offering a Pacific Catch Calamari Special at both its locations. No details are on-offer at the Pacific Catch site, but I'm pretty sure the deal involves tentacles. Next up, I expect surf shops start offering doggy skateboarding lessons.
Thanks Brian and Andrew

Seems kinda lame. You know, after seeing the Calamari commercial many many times, I never ever saw the name of the restaurant on the phone--it goes by too fast. And this group wants to do a sale celebrating it? Crazy. :P

Isn't calamari the 'head' of the squid sliced into rings? minus the spiny bits of course. mmm mmm

Either it's a nice business move or they have a good sense of humor :) Made me laugh anyway...

It's a bit ironic that their online menu does not offer any calamari dishes.

the guys reportedly had 100 more calls per day after the ad (although most calls were not for reservation but enquiries bout iphone). why not use that hype for them too?
