Apple posts iPhone Premiere details
Continuing the trickle of iPhone news that they have been releasing Apple has just posted some more details about the iPhone launch tomorrow (!). As we know, the iPhone will go on sale tomorrow, June 29th, at 6pm. We now know that you will be able to pick up 2 iPhones per customer at Apple Stores, which says to me that Apple isn't too worried about their inventory level though they are available on a first come, first served basis. Also of note, all Apple stores will be open until midnight on Friday, so you nocturnal Mac users can try and snag an iPhone of your own. Starting on June 30th, and going throughout the summer, Apple Stores will open at 9am so early birds can get themselves an iPhone. Also of note, you'll be able to order an iPhone from Apple's online store starting at 6pm PDT on the 29th.Starting on Saturday Apple Stores will offer workshops for the iPhone, and you will be able to get support for your new phone at the Genius Bar (which I imagine will make waits for Geniuses even longer).
Please note that all of this info applies to Apple Stores only, AT&T stores may very well have different policies.

if you go to http://www.apple.com/iphone/buy/ you see all of the different ways to buy the iphone. i was looking at the Apple Online Store part, and I noticed they included a screenshot of there store and put in i phone images. But if you zoom in on where the MacBook Pro is, you see Apple's green "New" or "Updated" or whatever sticker thing over the MBPs. However, its not there on the current online store. weird.

So, what's the best bet...an Apple store or an AT&T store?

You left out the fact that you will be able to check the Apple Store inventory for the following day starting at 9pm.

I live in MIlwaukee, WI. The Apple Stores for Milwaukee and Glendale are not listed at this Apple web page. Does this mean that the iPhone will not be available at the Wisconsin Apple Stores

That's 6pm PDT, not PST for online orders!

Haha -- I misread the title. I read it as "Premier" and I thought you were saying there was now some "iPhone Premier" type of account.
Dyslexics better do it!
Cheers,
