That was awesome. Why is everybody so hard on Erica anyway? I don't know exactly what you guys expect, but I think that TUAW does alright. I would like to see more postings too, and I'd maybe like to see you guys beat Engadget to the punch on a lot of Apple related things, but I enjoy reading the blog.

The pics are really cool. I also don't get the constant bashing of Erica's posts. Unfortunately there aren't that many Apple news all the time. Lots of rumors yes, but real news are scarce. That's why we're flooded with iPhone stories and others. There simply isn't that much to talk about inbetween Apple releases/announcements.

I've got a 2100 that I just pulled out for kicks the other day (needs a new battery pack, though. This one esploded). Considering that iPhone is essentially the "Newton and more" that we've been waiting on for the past seven years I thought a project like this would be cool. Glad to see it was done and better than how I would've done it. Thanks for the nerd porn.

Nothing wrong with Erica.
She's one of the most prolific TUAW bloggers, and since it seems *every* comment thread has at least one whiny loser saying he doesn't like a certain headline entering the RSS feed, she's the one that gets the most flak.
Time for a whiny loser commenter killfile I think.
