Texterity: Magazines for your iPhone
Texterity is a company that specializes in digitizing popular magazines. Today, we came across their iPhone portal. It's pretty cool - Touch the magazine you'd like to read and you're presented with several options, including the table of contents and a search function. The fun is in displaying each page in a grid. Touch any one to make it go full-screen. From there, you can resize and move between pages easily. We like it.
Now I can cancel my subscription to "Everyday with Rachael Ray."

There's no way in hell I can read a magazine on my iPhone.
Magazines are usually 8"x10" or larger in size, and they oft use 12/10pt type. I would have to zoom in so far on my phone just to read a column of text that I would lose view of the rest of the page.
I think magazine reading, non-digital style, is the best way to go. I bet they don't even publish Communication Arts on there anyway.

try resetting your iphone (hold menu button and press the hold switch on top for 6-10 seconds until it reboots). I found that my google maps and safari were crashing a lot until I did this... I have yet to upgrade the firmware tho..
