Engadget gets their hands on the new iMac/keyboard

Why oh WHY is the bluetooth keyboard not the same as the corded one (without the USB ports of course). I like, cross that, LOVE wireless keyboards and mice (not in --that-- way) and I was ready to go check out the new ones and possibly buy the new bluetooth one. Until ... I saw that it doesn't have the arrows and number bad. #$*&#*&#@$

I'd rather they had the guts of an IBM Model M or 1391401 buckling spring keyboard, paired with Apple's design style.

Typing on anything else is just ... icky. I have to cut my wpn in 1/3 to go to anything other than my buckling spring.

iMac gets a face lift and tone up at the gym. Lots of Glare and reflections of those shiny new iMac's - not sure if I could cope with that? Problem with Apple is they have designed so much good stuff in the last 5 years their new stuff is beginning to look sh!t!

Would have looked a whole lot better without the "Jay Leno" chin...
Other than that it seems pretty nice. I'll probably buy one when Leopard comes with it.

So does this mean that the keyboards will be sold separately, especially the wireless? Assuming it's bt like the current one.

I'm looking forward to getting the new line in our showroom.
