iMac take apart photos
While I don't feel compelled to disassemble brand new equipment, I will watch someone else do it. If you're like me, check out this photo set depicting the take-apart of an iMac. I just wish Apple used the LG LM240WU3* (LCD panel) for the 24" also I hope I can replace the ATI HD 2600 PRO with the XT. Yet the Apple using one that is 750:1 / 380 cd/m2 if I remember correctly.
* 1000:1 / 400 cd/m2 / 5ms
Other then that, I really do like the new iMac.
I'm always amazed to see how everything is packed in these computers, but saddened to see one pulled apart like this.
