PhotoBook: Facebook photo browser
PhotoBook is a very Mac-like photo browser for the Facebook social-networking site. It allows you to view friends' albums on a single page with a nice iPhoto-like resizer at the bottom. It also offers live searching/filtering as you type and slideshows with transitions. Speaking of iPhoto it includes one-click importing of any photo or entire album. If you find yourself viewing Facebook photos a lot, this looks like a great way to do it.PhotoBook is a free download from Caffeinated Cocoa.

i discovered this app the day b4 this post was written and within 10 mins of installing it i trashed it. Although the concept is a very compelling one the implementation and coding leaves the user with a very bug prone and slow way to view photos. Most mac user will just opt to right click and add the photo to their libraries directly from the site.

I made a Java applet to automatically save all the images others have tagged of you on facebook. (I made the assumption you already have the pictures you've posted) Then you can view them locally in whatever viewer you want and upload them to other places. It can be run here: http://www.toolsforfacebook.com
