Growl 1.1.1 available now
New to this version, you'll find speedier notifications, an improved Music Video style (which was one of the main complaints with the last release), improved iTunes notifications, and a few other bugfixes and improvements. Not a huge release by any means, but considering how much Growl pops up on my screen, even the little stuff matters.
Thanks, Peter!

The interface for per-application preferences is still quite ugly.

"The latest version of Growl, the all-in-one notification app, has been released. 1.1.1 is available for download right now over on the site."
And has been since Sept 13th or so. :-)

I hear this 1.1.1 update disables third party notifications as well as the use of Growl on unsupported computers... I'd be careful with this upgrade if I were you!

Damn this freakin' site! Why the crap do you all insist on linking not to the product/app/etc being discussed, but rather to one of your own pages?!?! You have the "tags" section at the bottom of the
article, so you don't need links to your stupid tag pages in the article itself.
Cut it out! It's annoying, useless, and just plain bad form.
