If I didn't own all their music I would buy this in a minute!

Unfortunately it seems as though the iTunes Store is down (or, at the very least, severely crippled) at the moment. :P

Seeing as how someone has had sticky fingers recently and walked away with my cd collection, I'll definitely be snagging this......digitally speaking

Meh. You can get those physically for that much if you look hard enough. I got my complete studio recordings box for $70ish, How the West was Won for about $20, and The Song Remains the same for $10 (albeit not the upcoming remastered release with extra tracks). Plus, no DRM, higher quality, and they're nice to look at.

Someone posted this at MacRumors.com, but you can get the discog at amazon for $89.97 inc. delivery. This is real cds+artwork.

For shame! It's all wrapped up in DRM. If it wasn't, it had the potential to be the greatest iTunes release ever.

I scored the 10-disc "The Complete Studio Recordings" from Amazon a couple of months ago for $60 shipped. Yay, me!

I don't 'respect what they've done for music' even if I 'have to' :)

Wow. This is a very momentous occasion! :) Goodbye, $100.... Though that's really a damn good deal. Even if you can get it cheaper, I hate having stacks of CDs lying around, and I love iTunes and Apple and I will pay a few extra bucks to support them.
If there's DRM though, that's kind of a drag.

Like tens of millions of others I respect and love Led Zeppelin. I've seen virtually all the great bands and Led Zep were clearly in a class by themselves. Not even the Who, at their absolute peak, could compete with a fully focused and firing on all cylinders Led Zeppelin. Nobody could. A billion hits on the site for tickets in a week! That's astounding drawing power especially when you consider that it's for just 75% of the mighty Led Zeppelin. Rock history's greatest drummer, John Bonham, won't be there. Long live the brilliant and unmatched music catalogue of the greatest pure rock band of them all, the incomparable Led Zeppelin.

It is unfathomable that anyone "hates" Zeppelin. I can (almost) understand someone not caring, but actively hating? I will take my scratchy albums any day - the way some music is SUPPOSED to be heard. Neil Young's Harvest anyone?

There are several physical versions of various Zeppelin things coming out. There's a 3 disc version of Mothership for example, and a version with a DVD, plus a re-fiddled-with version of Song Remains The Same, better quality, more tracks from the gigs, etc. I'd say this was one time where it WILL be better (even discounting any DRM 'problems' one might have) where ripping the physical versions will be the thing to do.
*What, no iPhone hacking angle on this one?

I WOULD IMAGINE THIS IS IN MP3 FORMAT AS WELL SINCE IT'S ITUNES. WHY WOULD YOU WANT LOSSY AND NOT LOSSLESS,ESPECIALLY FOR THAT KIND OF COINAGE??

In my mind, Led Zeppelin is the greatest band ever. The consistently high-quality of their albums and the longevity of their popularity puts them in elite company. Here's why Zep rules:
