1password to offer auto-fill for your iPhone
There's great news for iPhone users from the makers of 1Password. For those who might need a recap, 1Password is a cross-browser password manager, form auto-filler and digital wallet for your Mac. The application has had its fair share of updates recently, including the new capability to create a secure bookmarklet for your iPhone with your protected password and login information. It's been announced that 1Password will be adding a new version of the bookmarklet feature, with the ability to automatically fill out login info and web forms on your iPhone.
Ars Technica's David Chartier got a chance to demo the bookmarklet at Macworld and reports that it works well, including the feature to store multiple identities per website, and the word is that the developers hope to ship this new feature within the week. You can get more information on 1Password and download a demo at the Agile Web Solutions site. Oh, and in case you hadn't noticed, it's also included in the MacHeist bundle if you get there before time runs out.

Hopefully this update will fix the issue with wallet items not being displayed on the iphone. It works fine for passwords, but if you want to create a wallet item like a bank account number, it syncs to the iphone but won't display.
I would have overlooked this app if it weren't in Macheist.

Thats the same issue I'm having I created very complex passwords so that other wouldn't get access to it but I would have to have my macbook with me at all times to get into them thats why I like the iphone feature but it doesn't work quite right, right now.
I bought mine full price I think I saw it the first time on here and tried it out and fell it love with it. I use to use the same password for everything. Now I don't even use the same password at all anymore and none are the same.

hmmm how does this iphone ting work? i have an ipod touch. From what i read here, there is something that already works? storing passwords? so it writes them into the needed fields? that would be WOW. And the thing that we are waiting for "just" in additition logs in? How can i use the thingy that already works with the filled in passwords?
I don't see them show it on their homepage.
I have a jailbroken touch 1.1.2

I implemented a free bookmarklet like this a couple months ago:
http://tlrobinson.net/projects/js/keychain.php
However, there's no encryption, so your passwords are stored as cleartext. If anyone knows of a simple JavaScript encryption library, please leave a comment on the above page.
Also, right now only Safari works, I'll try to fix that asap.
