sheesh... would you stop whining about not having the iphone in canada already... half of europe (eastern to be specific) does not even have itms.

i know people who have had an iphone here (in Austria) since the end of december and even i was thinking about buying one from a shop in mid january.. and no none of them are unlocked or anything.. so i dont see how this is really news? :x

I need two in Australia - and not the iPhones I can buy @ Sydney China town -- the real deal... The only good news is that if I wait long enough I'll get the iPhone-2 or would that be the iPhone-3g

Please are buying thousands of phones a day and Apple are just loosing business with out product in the shops.

Very disappointing post. I glanced at the screen and thought I read "Australia" and saw the word "kangaroos". Imagine my disappointment when I actually read the post and discovered it was Austria.

It's so confusing being an Autralian! Not only do people think we're somewhere in Europe, but having the British Flag in the AustrALian flag makes people think we're still part of Britain!

Come on Apple, we know you meant to send the iPhone to Australia before Austria and the UK. Tell someone in marketing where we are!
