iPhone Pic of the Day

Happy Birthday to international iPhone hacker of mystery Nicholas "Drudge" Penree--but props to Drudge's girlfriend. She put together this iPhone-themed cake, complete with it's tell-tale jailbroken Installer.app icon. It looks too beautiful to eat but we're told the cake was delicious. The silvery bits on the side of the phone/cake were created from edible paint. Mmmm. iPhone.

That is a really funny easter pic I took two years ago (sadly two years before I had a decent camera- now it's digital rebel ftw!). What are you guys up to today? I am going to the relatives for a party and teaching my 9 year old cousin how to play the guitar.
Hope the picture brightens up your evening! Happy (late) Easter!

I am the girlfriend and yes, I am awesome. The pic was taken with my iPhone. It was pretty dark and there were about 10 people trying to take a picture all at once. I didnt personally make the cake, though I did research for days to find someone who would even attempt it. It came out great. Much better than I expected. Perfect ending to a even more perfect surprise party for Nick.

A couple of years ago, before all the iPhone hoohah, and when my 60gig iPod Photo was still my favourite gadget, my girlfriend made me an iPod 40th Birthday cake. Not as slim and sexy as the iPhone one, but being a 60gig replica, plenty of cake to go round!

Seems like a long, long time ago...
