Could it be for the link for buying the 2.0 firmware for the iPod Touch? Or are we touchies/touch-owners a little too unimportant today for a store takedown?

mobileme still doesn't work right for me (signed in, but won't sync). no iphone 2.0, so what good that the app store was up a whole day (at least) before i could use any of them. not happy at the moment.

If you go to the iPod apps page, there is a link to buy the 2.0 update...

But currently, it redirects you back to that page.

Store's back up ... MobileMe "available now" is new? Not really sure.

The link tries to connect you to the iTunes store so you can purchase the software but you get a message "the iTunes Store is unavailable". The iTunes store is actually up but you just can't but the 2.0 update for the touch yet. NOt sure if its just overloaded or real not there yet.
I can't wait!
