iPhone activation working
We've gotten a number of happy iPhone users telling us that activations are working once more. I've been encountering a number of iTunes errors myself while trying to update my iPhone to the 2.0 firmware, though I just tried once more and it worked.Your mileage may vary, but it looks like things are slowly getting up to full speed once more.

Updated iphone to 2.0 earlier tonight. Everything went well until I turned the phone off. When I turned it back on, the phone was blank and the message said that I needed to connect to itunes to activate the phone. Connected to itunes and got message that I had to restore to original factory settings (kiss of death). Solved problem by turning phone off and then back on. This time everything was fine.

They activated me, I signed, and I was in my car 5 or 6 minutes later....no activation problems whatsoever

Select "Music" from the left hand Nav in itunes (not the iphone Music, but your Libraries). Now go back to iPhone in the Nav. If this doesn't work, do it again...multiple times if needed. This trick seemed to work for everyone.

Good luck to the rest of you. It looks like their getting their fruit heads out of their undersides finally.
DAMN...back to 1.1.4
