iTunes Speechification

Doesn't matter whether you're a Republicrat or a Demublican, or if you're blue, red, or purple. If you've got an interest in World Events, the US iTunes stores has all the speeches from the recent American conventions -- from both sides of the aisle.

The speeches and video highlights are free and available as podcasts for your delectation (and bonus raised blood pressure, where applicable).

Pretty much everyone wants the same good things for the US and the world. Let these speeches help you decide which side can get you there.

Thanks, Gordon Werner

I looked for this while the Democratic convention was still on. I'm glad it got here, but it is irritating that it was so late.

Oh I wanna be an Obama fan too, can I can I? He's the coolest thing to happen EVER!

Oh wait.. he's running for PRESIDENT? You mean he's not just a charismatic guy that talks a whole bunch of crap only the most naive could take seriously?

I'm neither Democrat not Republican, but Obama is a fad. Elect him, go ahead and do it, the proof will come out and he WILL fail. But not nearly as bad as W, so hey it's an improvement.

Does it matter who the actual people running are? With all thats happened because of the Republican party in the last 8 years, why would anyone vote to keep them in the oval office?

Yay, Sarah Palin's speech is up there! I was going to sit this one out until McCain picked her.

Or, you can find a large selection on Audible! Just do an advanced search for either RNC or DNC, put the "Program Type" as "Speeches" and the "Regular Price" as "free".
