Good interview. It's funny that you discuss how everyone thinks the Twitterrific bird icon is actually the Twitter icon, and then you link the bird image to Twitter, not Iconfactory.

Interesting if not exactly _that_ informative. Twitterific - by far the best iPhone Twitter eye candy, possibly the least used app I have since I grabbed Tweetie... let the battle commence!

Same here. Tweetie looks 90% as good, but works 120% better.

I was one of many who dumped Twitterrific for Tweetie, but would really love to go back if they improved it.

man, I was really hope some info Twitterific 2. I just resent jumped to a mac so i have been using Twhirl before tried Twitterific. I really would like to know what features should i expect, if i need to pay an upgrade fee if once they release 2. imho, once the interviewie starts asking question, that's not a good sign of an interview.

'Twitter is arguably one of the most popular social networking platforms in use today.'
You've got to be kidding me. Twitter is nothing more than a niche market amongst the techies. It will never be mainstream.

you're being sarcastic, right? either that, or you've never used twitter, i'm guessing. i was dubious at first, but i REALLY like it. i don't use it for any sort of business end, but i can completely see its usefulness for it.

@Frank
Usefulness? Examples please.
I use it to make my friends laugh. "Hardcore" Twitter users should be shot.

""Hardcore" Twitter users should be shot."
Why? If you don't want to use Twitter, don't. And if you're this worried about what other people do you might need to see a psychiatrist.

"Yeah, yeah...right...right...yeah...right, yeah...yeah..."
Are you wearing $150 jeans, Chrissy?

I think I sensed a great deal of sexual tension between those two...

What I would like is for the twitter clients that charge have to kick a percentage back to twitter.

please, please let those you are interviewing respond to the questions. show some respect and look at the man, not the camera - "yeah, yeah, yeah, twitterbitch, hahaha, yeah, yeah, yeah"

I haven't used Tweetie, but since I switched from Twitterific to TwitterFon I haven't looked back.
Oh, and worst interviewer ever.
