Wired's top 10 reader-approved iPhone games

Still, there are a few gems you may not have discovered yet -- JellyCar looks like a lot of fun, and Topple did kind of get hidden underneath the shadow of ngmoco's other big release, Rolando. It's worth a try if you haven't played it yet.
It's notable, as well, that all but the top two choices are pretty simple. As fun as these games are, there's definitely a lot more room for some deeper gameplay on the App Store.

How is it that Lux (pictured) is not being sued by the makers of Risk?
They didn't even try to make the borders different or anything. It's a total copy in almost every detail.

Fantastic Contraption has completely absorbed my free time, lately. I've already solved all 43 of the default puzzles, and now I'm plowing through the user-made levels - Which are likely to expand faster than I can solve them. And after that, I'll be hitting the level editor to make my own challenges. This is a game that will have the legs to last a long time.
(It's a physics game where you construct a device to get one or more target objects into a goal. Once you've solved a level, look at other people's solutions to find good tips to make your constructions more efficient and simple.)

Edge by mobigame has me occupied for the time being. It's a great platformer/puzzle game with very nice minimalist aesthetics.

Cuberunner us by far my favorite iPhone game. A couple of friends and I have a pretty serious highscore competition going on.

CubeRunner is much more than simply a "tech demo" -- it's the purest and most addictive of the free iPhone games.

I beg to differ on Cube Runner.
It is a beautiful, hypnotic, and elegantly simple game, perfect for a minute or two of entertainment. You do it an injustice.

Galcon hands down! This is an awesome top ten list, you can post any top ten list to our site http://www.toptentopten.com/ and then link back to your site. The coolest feature is you can let other people vote on the rankings of your list.
