Ease of use - I find my people just won't use complicated software or anything that requires us to change our normal workflow. And believe me, I've tried.

My top organizational priority is my brain (and believe me, I need tons of help with this) so I can then organize the overload that is my life. Daylite Productivity Suite and Daylite Touch no doubt would help me tackle this massive challenge. I *need* them! :-)
