Found Footage: Sesame Street does the iPod dance
Big Bird,
Honestly, I surprised that Apple hasn't used this.
Sunny days to all.
Thanks to Chris Hollomon for the tip!

"Snuffy isn't in this one as they couldn't find earbuds to fit."
Yes. Yes he is. That would be the large one with the four legs and trunk. Who were you thinking of?

Um. Don't know how to tell you this, but that is Big Bird, Elmo and Snuffalupagus (sp?).
I guess they did find earbuds to fit. Cookie Monster, however, probably ate his.

Before the firestorm hits...Yes Snuffy is in there. I mistook him for Cookie Monster. I'll be doing penance all day... grrrrrr.

Quinn Taylor said 1:05PM on 10-01-2009
Yeah, that's totally Elmo. The shape might be hard to distinguish, but there's no mistaking the voice... (Yes, I have toddlers at home.) Dave, looks like you're 1 for 3 — at least you nailed Big Bird! ;-)

They obviously didn't put in the same amount of effort as the original iPod advertising team. Then again, this is Sesame Street.

Actually, Mr. Winograd -- if that is your real name -- I'm not sure this Snuffy-snub is survivable.
It may require some sort of video apology.

Cog,
If that's your real name...I'd LOVE to be clever enough to do something like that. Now how do you get picture-in-picture into a YouTube video...?

"Honestly, I surprised that Apple hasn't used this."
I read that as "Honestly, I'm surprised that Apple hasn't sued this", which seems far more likely!

How do they sync the music on their iPods?
Is that a new feature?

Sean's post was brought to you by the letter 'a' which doesn't belong in "definitely". I guess some people watched too much TV and didn't FINASH school.
AA said 11:43PM on 10-01-2009
Well it'll be used in Sesame Street's 40th season-and Sesame Workshop has done a great job of a iPod style video about a alphabet letter.
