Chinese manufacturer prepared to sue over iPad

If it weren't for the battery life and Windows XP I would actually seriously consider getting one of those things.

Are these the same idiots that make "clones"? Anyway did they not say that the "P88" or whatever the hell was introduced last year or something? iPad is based on iPhone OS that was introduced back in early 2007! Where have these idiots been?

So I'm not really any kind of anybody on the subject... but I was seeing all these videos on youtube of video bloggers saying how the ipad is useless, and i realized their dilemma. It doesn't have a webcam. I know the ipad's former model will almost definitely include a camera/camcorder, but I thought what if it had a webcam too. But then I realized that would take up alot of space. So I thought, what if the camera was on the back of the top of the ipad, and flipped up onto the top surface of it, for vlogging/videochatting, so people can use the ipad at the same time. Just a thought. Maybe the lip of it be rounded, and a clicking latch under it's original position so it stays steady and looks sleek. I dunno. Obviously there would be improvement necessary, but I thought, it would sell. :)

(I'm sure someone has suggested this before... But it just popped into my head. I haven't done any research on the ipad at all actually... so don't rag on me.)

It's not that the ipad uses Multi-Touch vs resistive touch screen, the iPad uses a capacitive touch screen, which allows multitouch.

Apple is successful, and because of that all these characters have come out of the hills screaming about how they took out some bullsh*t patent before apple did and they want some of apple's money... If you ask me, they're the scum of the earth, these people aren't victims! You essentially say that just because Apple is successful that they can't be the victim in this - wow, you sure are close minded. Apple is a victim in so many lawsuits, but do you see Steve-o going around yelling about how it the iPhone was made by Apple with a touch screen and the Droid has a touch screen too so he must be able to sue Motorola... Sure, Sanjay Jha is a sexist jerk - but still, I don't think this is fair or acceptable!

This is a sign of one thing for sure- China is maturing as an industrial nation to the point where lawsuits will become part of daily business.

Yeah, this is going to fly.

Apple has yet to sue all of the companies responsible for the plethora of tasteless iPhone knock offs....

That is gold!
