Did you know that you could use Command-A with text fields on the iPad? It's very handy when using an external Bluetooth keyboard. It selects all the text in the field and displays a touchable Cut - Copy - Paste menu, letting you easily replace the field text or copy it to the system pasteboard.

That is funny! I do like my Mac gear, but I do get a little bored with Apple's actors, mercifully the Apple store folks can't live up to Apple's idealized fantasy of their lifestyle.
Apple makes great stuff. I don't like Dorito's products (purely for personal taste reasons) but I sure do appreciate their humor. And in fact, I like most of Apple's ads, but the folks in them are really off the charts in taking themselves way too serious.

The video they are parodying doesn't have actors. It is Apple team members talking.

The thing tagged on at the end with the genius wasn't part of the original video, but that's priceless nonetheless. I signed up yesterday at my local store to "find out" when the next time was that I could make an "appointment" for an iPhone app development workshop, by which time I will have already watched all 10 free Stanford courses on iTunes U.
