Poll: Who's gonna keynote?

Tomorrow, Apple will introduce its iPhone OS 4.0 roadmap. And we'll be there, metaliveblogging our hearts out as the events unroll. The big mystery tonight, at least here in TUAW-land, is who will give the speech. Is this going to be a big-time Steve Jobs keynote? Or can we expect Phil Schiller to pick up the slack? Is it time for Scott Forstall to take his turn in the sun, or is there someone else waiting in the wings?

Get on your best predictive sunglasses and let us know who you think will be pitching the 4.0 update tomorrow in the poll below.

Who's going to give the iPhone OS 4.0 presentation?
Steve Jobs. Of course. Boom!4716 (51.9%)
Phil Schiller. Because you don't need to be Steve Jobs to introduce the awesome.686 (7.6%)
Scott Forstall. It's all about the OS.2556 (28.1%)
Someone else. I'll tell you who in the comments.126 (1.4%)
iPhone OS 4.0? Shiny!1002 (11.0%)

Since everyone is predicting that multitasking will make it's way to the iPhone OS 4.0, I'll say:

Jobs, Schiller and Forstall will do the keynote - at once!

Quote from last years 3.0 event.

"We were asked, why don't you do background processing? It's bad for the customer. It drains battery."

So 1 year later, have they changed their minds?

I second that. Or Steve Ballmer perhaps? Apple Keynotes need a bit more sweat, IMO.

I agree with pika2000.

Scott Forstall is both extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. That to me shows dedication and has my respect as a result.

I'm going to say Scott Forstall. He did a good job in quite a few keynotes already (and the classic AT&T vs MMS/tethering). Imo he's better than Phil.

Everyone is going to be there. But Scott is going to be doing most of the talking.

John Mayer without a doubt. I heard he emailed Apple and asked that he could do the honors. We all know what happens when John Mayer emails Apple.

Apple should throw us a curve and send Jonathan Ive out there during
the opener with the new iPhone in hand. He'll make largely expressive
hand gestures and use highly elegant adjectives describing the
industrial design of the phone to point where we will know longer
remember that the event is focused on the OS and we'll momentarily
forget about our desire for Flash, multi-tasking, and better app
organization
