TUAW Talkcast: the WWDC 2010 preview show

When we're not being taken in by fake iPhone advertisements, we're preparing for our coverage of WWDC 2010. Tonight we'll be hosting our usual Sunday night TUAW Talkcast, starting at 10 PM EDT. If you've never joined the Talkcast, it's a wild hour (sometimes more, if we decide to have an after show) of fun talk, interesting news, and crackpot theories.

To participate on TalkShoe, you can use the browser-only client, the embedded Facebook app, or the classic TalkShoe Pro Java client; however, for maximum fun, you should call in. For the web UI, just click the "TalkShoe Web" button on our profile page at 10 pm Sunday. To call in on regular phone or VoIP lines (take advantage of your free cellphone weekend minutes if you like): dial (724) 444-7444 and enter our talkcast ID, 45077 -- during the call, you can request to talk by keying in *8.

If you've got a headset or microphone handy on your Mac, you can connect via the free Gizmo or X-Lite SIP clients; basic instructions are here.

Note: For those who want to listen to the show on iPads or iPhones without calling in, you can try this MP3 streaming link once the show begins -- we're not 100% sure it will work, but do let us know.

For the mp3 link, had to remove the ".m3u" at the end of the URL, and was able to access it on iPad

Waiting for WWDC.. The icing on top of the cake is that i am eligible for a free upgrade now in advance.... Hmm.. Does that mean that there is going to be an announcement of a Verizon iPhone to be released later on this year??!!
