iPhone 4 Launch: More photos from 5th Ave

So this is a overview of my first day with the iPhone 4, and what my thoughts are about it.

Time: 9:37am

The UPS delivery man arrived and brought with him my iPhone 4! I gave him my signature as quick as i could, then hastily took my package from him.

Time: 9:39am

I put the package down and begin opening it. The box looked amazing (as all iPhone boxes do), I quickly removed the box and held the my iPhone 4 for the first time, it felt amazing in my hand, I couldn't wait to start using it and start downloading some new app's! Time to charge!

Time: 1:30pm

So i couldn't wait any longer and i took the iPhone 4 of charge. I hooked it up to my PC to start transferring my music and movies across. First hurdle, I have to download the new iTunes update...took what seemed like hours as i waited in anticipation. *ping* download finished! started transferring my music across...this to took what seemed to be ages as well (found out later that this first tim ... More ature as quick as i could, then hastily took my package from him.

So all my stuff is now on my iPhone 4, now to start testing it! My friend had also received there iPhone 4, so we thought we would test the new "Face Time" feature, and boy were we surprised, the quality was amazing, we expected it to be good, but not this good! We also played around with being able to switch between the front and back camera whilst in the same call! We couldn't help but rate this great feature 10/10.

Time: 3:35pm

Had to put my iPhone 4 down whilst i went and dealt with some paper work =( , already having withdraw symptoms.

Time: 5:12pm

Reunited with my iPhone 4! Thought i would test out the quality of the new display, so visited the SUN Website, i zoomed in on the text as far as i could, and you really can see the difference! The text and images looked perfect even when i had zoomed in to the max! Couldn't ask for anything better.

Time: 5:40pm

Thought it was time that i tested out the video camera (didn't know what to test it on, so ended up recording my cat run around my living room...), the quality really is HD, and it looked amazing when i played it back on the iPhone 4. (I did try to download iMovie and test out the new features that were on there, but i was having trouble downloading at the time, so will have to review that another day).

Time: 6:30pm

As i hadn't tested out what the sound quality was like on a normal call yet, I thought I would test it, and I was definitely surprised, I called my friend Mitch, and he said it was like i was in the room right next to him, even he was surprised at how great it sounded (and thats from an iPhone 4 sceptic!)

Time: 7:55pm

The iPhone 4 is telling me it needs to charge (which makes sense after all the things i have been doing with it!), so sadly, i put it to bed for the night, so that it could have a full charge for the day ahead (where it will be used even more!)

So that was my first day with the iPhone 4, and it was amazing! I never expected it to be this good, but if i had to give it a rating, i would give it a 10/10. I know some people are having a few problems here and there with the reception (mine was flawless!), but that is only a small percentage, and I'm sure Apple will have it sorted soon.

Amazing Iphone, can even cook a grilled cheese sandwich, but good luck trying to make a call on it.
