It's a pun that should be directed at AT&T, not Apple or the iPhone.
That place really does suck. I saw a show there and at 12:00, they shut off the power mid-song to the band on stage. Never seen that before in my life.

It's also, slightly less so, playing on the word service - as in being served in a bar versus being provided with a service by AT&T.
This sign is funny due to this - they've found two words that make sense in both a club context and a phone context - a kind of double pun.
