White iPhone to arrive tomorrow (4/28) says Apple

I went and saw them in the local Apple Store. They look really nice. I don't know if it would be worth the wait, but it's certainly strikingly pretty. The employees told me they received almost all AT&T models, had very little increased business because of it (the store probably had 10 customers in it while I was there), and that the 32 GB Verizon ones were already gone from that location. Hopefully that info will help someone on here out.

As for white being girly, sadly, that's been part of what kept me from getting a white iPhone before (that and the black front). However, people outright saying white is for girls just makes me want to go out and buy a white iPad right this second. Grow up... I could see that argument with pink maybe, but white... no, it's an Apple product; they're often white, but not necessarily feminine (or masculine).

I never wanted a white iPhone 9 months ago and I REALLY don't want one now. I love my iP4 and don't need another one until their next MAJOR update, and when I say major I'm talking bigger/better screen, faster processor, better cameras, new hardware design, etc. Until then, I'm chillin' just fine with my black iPhone 4.

White iPhones are not available online at AT&T.

I don't understand why it took Apple so long to release this white iPhone 4. Is it really that difficult to manufacture a white shell instead of a black shell?

actually I think that is a sensor...harder to see on black.

That is a camera, I really want a white one, that would be covered by a phantomskinz cover. But I refuse to buy one because apple puts out the phone they said they would put out almost a year ago, roughly 3 or 4 months before a new one is going to come out. Don't waste your money or your upgrade.

What's the second hole on the top (where your ear goes)? It doesn't look like the black model has it; can anyone with the black one confirm this?

I'm so glad I held out! I knew it would finally come! ;)

Tomorrow they'll say "We'll have them available in a few hours" until they push back the release another day, then announce that due to a newly-discovered problem, they've had to recall their stock and rework the manufacturing process.

Yay. Now we can get back to news that is actually interesting instead of debating and obsessing about when a white iPhone will show up.
