X2Y Sues Apple, others over processor technology

Good thing Apple has a capable legal team as yet another patent infringement lawsuit has landed on the company's doorstep. As with any patent lawsuit, we will have to wait to see how this all plays out in the courts.

x2y owns MANY patenst concerning electrical power, ways to use less energy, make smaller more efficient electrodes, etc and many company have licensed the technology and currently sell it. many others haven't, they just steal it. looks like a good case to me. intel likes the power savings but doesn't want to pay the rightful inventor. sad.

How freaking absurd! When is this frivolousness going to stop? The DOJ needs to step and start fining this companies for wasting the courts' time and little resources on these asinine lawsuits. I mean come on.....electrode arrangements. Seriously?
