Fox News releases iPad app

Fox News has released an iPad app that lets you read and view the latest news on your tablet. The iPad app is heavy on the multimedia with picture-rich links to the top news articles and videos. If you like a news story, it can be saved to your Favorites or shared on Twitter or Facebook. The app also includes a news ticker and weather conditions at the bottom.

One part of the app that is interesting is the live news feed. Foxnews.com Live is available in the app each weekday between 9am to 3pm ET. The iPad app is also useful for watching live coverage of major news events. The app supports push notifications to alert you when breaking news happens. Fox News for the iPad is available now for free from the App Store.
