Der's nothin fair about sumsungs claim here.. its like they are asking apple "please show us what you are thinking 2 yrs down the line so that we can make a copy of that too in advance and manage to bypass the infringment laws as well" ... galaxy tabs are "announced products and advertised.. so its fair to say that "advertizing proves intent of sellin solidly enough"... and if that infringes others rights.. they hav a right to oppose - the two claims are widely different in nature.

Samsung sucks.

Samsung has no right to Apple's Prototypes. Especially, because they are their main competitor. Samsung is a malicious company and does not deserve to exist.

Isn't this what they mean by unreasonable search and seizure? Or was that just a droll punch line?

Apple is acting like weaklings like they are not the largest tech company on the face of the planet. They can dish it out but they cant take it.

Any idea who'll be replacing Samsung as the parts supplier for the iPhone 5 and iPad 3?

I worked for Samsung through a US marketing agency for 2-3 years. They are 110% clueless about anything related to UI, how people use products, how people could want to use products and how to advertise themselves. They are a mindless carbon-copy machine. If you see good advertising around a Samsung product, it was probably created by a wireless company trying to sell their product.

That said, Apple has every right to see a product if Samsung is already demo-ing it or advertising it. I don't think there are demos of any of the Apple products Samsung would like to see.
