Analyst ups AAPL on strong projected iPad, iPhone sales
Canaccord Genuity analyst T. Michael Walkley remains bullish on Apple pointing to strong iPhone and iPad sales in June. He's so confident in Apple that he boosted his iPhone sales estimate from 75.5 million million to 77.3 million in 2011.
He also predicts Apple will sell a whopping 100.2 million iPhones and 55.1 million iPads in 2012. As others have said before him, Walkley notes that Apple will continue to lead both the tablet and smartphone market.
So what does these numbers mean for the average joe? More iPhones and iPads in circulation, greater incentive for developers to jump into the iOS ecosystem and extra cash for Apple to pump into research and development for the next generation iOS devices. Sounds good, doesn't it?

Yes, with iphone and ipads, they're great, but their oversight of their imacs and macbook and macbook pro lines have failed. They don't properly inspect the majority of the supply and send out defective models. I have been a customer since early in the 80s with the second Mac computer, not the Lisa, and have always preferred mac, until now. I got a lemon for a macintosh Apple and had to use up my AppleCare on it to fix it piecemeal. It took many months of calling and various parts failing and them finally okaying replacement and trying to force me to take it to a store, vs. coming to the house, which I am entitled to. It has been a nightmare. I would never recommend one of the Apple computers again unless I knew all the parts were individually tested and inspected and the whole as well, vs. one in every 1,000, because the company is cutting costs. The first logic board they sent was defective and the cable they sent was for a European computer and not an American model. I had to have the hard drive, optical drive, Logic board and internal power supply all replaced and they were going for a while but I was incorrectly told it was a software issue and it wasn't. The insurance of the Apple Care Protection Plan is absolutely necessary, but it only covers what they screwed up in the first place. Now I have to hire someone at $95 p. hour to reconnect my new logic board to my Time Machine backup. It is complicated and requires tech saavy with a little programming. They didn't tell me this before and my right to call for anwers ran out of time. I can't praise Apple after what I went through and I do not recommend their imac. The old macbook still works but died at one point and a tech person outside the Apple Care which had expired, fixed it for me at quite a price. I have stock in the company and am disgusted!

I wish I could visit lala land and get the same one. I have never heard of anyone going through what you went through with any apple product. Even out of warranty ones. I've also been an Apple customer for many many years and have always been at the very least, satisfied with the way they've handled my computer issues, if not very pleased. I think you are smoking a ton of week and using your computer as the bong. Try cleaning out the resin next time you upgrade your hard drive.
