Poll: How often do you use your iPad?

I own a wifi-only (first generation) iPad, and use it every day for several hours.

I'm a student, so I use my iPad in school, because I find it easier to get my notes organized with it (in apps like AwesomeNote). It is also slightly lighter than my (white '08) macbook.
I also use it everyday, as my main computing device, just because it is easy to use!

The iPad has nearly replaced both my computer and iPhone and now I barely use those two devices, but for their main functions (iPhone for phoning, and the mac for bigger assignments).

I use mine everyday. I use it most of the time instead of my laptop, my legal pad, my television and my iPhone. I use it for gaming. I use it as my cookbook. On college football Saturdays, I use it as a second TV to watch live games. It doesn't heat up or lag like my 2-yr. old HP laptop does. I use it to read book and magazines. It has become indispensable.

Who doesn't use their iPad everyday if they own one?

as a graduate student i can say that my iPad is the most important tool i have. so i have it with me all the time.

Mine sees use everyday. How could it not? £500 is no joke!

I have just traded my MacBook Air in for a 32GB iPad2 with 3G

I intend on using my iPad for just about everything I need to do for work and play

I use mine everyday! 3G is an important element in that use.

Funny, I would have thought the survey would ask how many HOURS per day...

I spend a lot of time studying in iBooks with DRMfree books (O'Reilly & PragProg). When I need to make some content:

Lessee, Dragon Dictate to get some notes & paragraphs going. Bopped into a text file into Dropbox. Then to MarsEdit on my MBP. Remodium pages me (from Adium) when I get the occasional chat.

iCloud takes care of bopping bookmarks between the Safaris, the WiFi takes care of my ToDos via Things.app(s).

I spend just about as much time in front of the iPad (or it off to the side) as with my MBP. And I can answer/flag in all Mail.app(s) concerned.

I start my day on my mac, do my heavy work and and then just use my iPad for social networking, casual browsing, news reading, e-mails, iBooks and some gaming, and I usually just don't go back to the mac.
