"Nope its not. These are just strangers. Complete strangers. Don't know these people. Frankly I'm a little concerned." - Great line.

This review is hilarious. The reviewer has no idea of the limits of Windows 8. The comical portion is seeing the edits in the video where the guy says "not as intuitive" but then he back pedals and says "Oh the Microsoft tablet is much better than the iPad", and then you see him looking for things on the Windows 8 side and you can tell he's overwhelmed with the options there, not comfortable using the UI at all, and is even surprised when he goes and finds contacts he's never met showing up in his addressbook. I believe the line used was "Oh that's scary, and now I am worried". In the end he says that Microsoft Windows 8 on tablets is giving Apple some pretty hefty competition.

What the hell was this moron smoking? Seriously.
